Este semana, this week, we focused on people and introductions.
Here's a good video which reviews greetings and tells how to introduce someone.
We also discussed our pronouns.
We have our first verb. Ser = to be. Remember, this is a permanent state of being. “I am from Michigan,” not “I am happy today.”
We reviewed our two words for the – el and la. This video reviews that and adds on plural words. This will help with your homework pages.
We also added the phrase “¿De dónde eres?”
Which means that we can now exchange names, ask how someone is, and ask from where someone comes. We're really speeding through our lessons!
